ShakeNShine is an Australian based business. All orders will be shipped by your preferred option by Australia Post, generally requiring a signature upon receipt.

Shipping costs quoted are fully inclusive of handling charges and taxes. The quoted shipping rely on you supplying the correct information. Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Items in stock will ship within 48 hours, out of stock items will ship as soon as new inventory arrives.

Returns / Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless due to a faulty product or shipping error on our part, and only then with proper authorization from ShakeNShine to do so. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and be safely re-packed. Responsibility for the safe return of these items remains solely with the customer. Returned items will be inspected for damage prior to issuing a credit or replacement.
